
A flexible identity for a congress that moves across Europe
Euroanaesthesia is one of the largest and most respected medical congresses in Europe, but its branding and digital experience were struggling to keep pace with its reputation. ESAIC reached out to us to breathe new life into the event’s identity and build a user-friendly website that could support thousands of participants across countries and time zones. Our goal was to modernise the brand while creating a digital platform that feels bold, scientific, and accessible.
Branding
We developed a hybrid brand system that gives Euroanaesthesia a strong visual identity while allowing room for yearly variation. At the core is a flexible framework that adapts to each new edition of the congress, with colors and accents changing annually to reflect the host country. The design draws inspiration from the structured rhythm of a medical congress and the complexity of the human body, blending scientific precision with visual dynamism. The result is a brand that feels fresh every year while remaining instantly recognizable.

Website
We designed and developed a fully responsive WordPress website to serve as the digital hub for the event. The platform includes an intuitive content structure, a clear visual hierarchy, and modules for agenda updates, speaker announcements, and practical information. Built for scalability and performance, the website makes it easy for both attendees and organisers to stay connected before, during, and after the congress.
